If you are looking for a healthy eating plan for summer, a few choice guides can help get your diet back on track. Living Food coach Rebecca Kane offers a step-by-step plan to healthy and happier eating in her new book Turn Your SHINE On (£12.99).

Over the past 15 years, Rebecca has helped many hundreds of women overcome symptoms of IBS, migraines, weight gain, loss of confidence, lethargy and disconnection. Turn Your SHINE On delves into the hidden side of food and goes beyond the usual calorie counting to help you understand your relationship with your kitchen cupboards.

"Shine is your natural state of being; in harmony and alignment with yourself and the world around you, it is about enjoying a deep sense of connection and fulfilment,” Rebecca said. “However many people have lost touch with this connection."
