Express diet plan designed for busy workers

A new diet delivery service has been designed specifically for busy working professionals. The Soulmatefood Express Plan offers calorie controlled meals or snacks, using foods that boost energy levels and improve mental clarity, too.

The firm says the meal plans can save you up to 10 hours per week in buying, cooking and preparing food. Choose from meal plan one, without breakfast, if you prefer to grab a quick snack in the morning; or meal plan two, without dinner, if you often eat out. Both cost £119 per plan.

Soulmatefoods also deliver a number of diet plans and juice detoxes. A recent trial of their one-day Ultimate Juice Cleanse resulted in a three pound weight loss.

The Express Plan can help you manage energy levels over a busy working day, without resorting to caffeine or sugar highs.

“Sticking to the menu made me feel energized throughout the day without feeling like I would need to top up my energy with coffee - I would recommend this to anyone who believes they drink to much coffee or energy drinks," said Alvarez Philip, RTA Department Manager at Accident Advice Helpline.
