New tools make it easy to add pastry flourish to pies

Looking to impress dinner party guests or visiting family this easter? New Apple Leaf Cut & Form Moulds designed by Squires Kitchen’s very own master craftsman are perfect for adding pastry apple leaf decorations and flourishes to pies.

Cut & Form moulds are made from silicone. As well as dough, pastry and bread, they can be used to make shapes with ice and sorbet, butter, chocolate, caster sugar and marzipan for really creative baking. If you serve a cheeseboard at your party, make leaf shapes from bread and bake them to make crisp Melba toast to serve with cheese, chutney and grapes.

Simply press your chosen food into the mould, push the other half of the mould on top to create the impression and cut out the shape, remove the mould and turn out the decoration.

This new design joins the other moulds in the Cut & Form Mould range on the Squires Shop website, including Feather, Blackberry Leaf, Beech Leaf, Holly Leaf, Ivy Leaf, Oak Leaf and Vine Leaf.
