Learn to cook in Corfu
A foodie break in Corfu can help inspire your cookery and improve your diet, too.
Michelin-starred chef Adam Simmonds has teamed up with Health Matters 360 to put together a seven-night “Health Hub” break.
Through a series of cookery workshops, Mr Simmonds will reveal his culinary secrets and advise on nutritionally balanced meals and menus.
Nutritional expert Jenny Tschiesche will also be on hand to advise on specific food issues, such as food intolerances, diabetes, high blood pressure and weight loss.
Dates available include March 9-16 and September 26-October 3.
Guests stay at The Rou Estate in Corfu, which has been described by Harper’s Bazaar as the “No.1 Best Mountain Escape” and ranked No.36 in The Times’ “Top Places to Stay in the World”.
Prices start from £1,995 per person, based on seven nights’ full-board, personal training sessions; expert nutritional consultations and workshops; relaxation and mind matters coaching sessions; personal cookery classes with Michelin-starred chef Adam Simmonds; and full use of the gym and pool facilities. Flights and travel insurance not included.
