Air-popped popcorn wins battle of the snacks

A typical 40g bag of gourmet crisps can contain as much as 10.32g of fat. A 25g bag of Walkers Crisps contain 131 calories and 8.5g of fat, which breaks down at 57% fat, 38% carbs, 5% protein.
Skinny Topcorn, available from Pret a Manger, contains 121 calories and 6.5g of fat. But Diva Popcorn is the lowest, containing under 100 calories and 4g of fat, of which 0.4g is saturated fat.
Diva Popcorn is 100% wholegrain, high in fibre and gluten-free, available in Sea Salt & Balsamic Vinegar, Rock Salt and Sweet Chipotle Chilli flavours.
The Camembert, Gouda & Brie version contains 108 calories, slightly more than the other flavours but still a more virtuous option than crisps.
Diva Popcorn costs 85p from Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Dobbies Garden Centres, Wholefoods and many health shops.
Diva Popcorn MD Ed Barnard said: “We are delighted to offer our customers our innovative air-popped popcorn in a range of tasty and innovative flavours to give them a guilt-free way to stave off hunger between meals.”
