Avoid alcohol and try ZEO instead

Friday, 30 March 2012 10:45 AM

A new non-alcoholic drink will be launched in clubs and bars this summer, ideal for designated drivers and ladies watching their waistline. It’s called ZEO and is a lightly carbonated, low calorie drink with a distinctive and unique taste, a blend of natural ingredients.

Champion Mixologist Christian Ozzati is the Drinks Consultant for Brompton Brands, which includes Mahiki, Kanaloa, Whisky Mist, Brompton Club, Punchbowl, Markham Inn and the Rose Club, his cocktails have been sipped by the likes of Prince Harry, Pippa Middleton and friends. He is working on pure, aperitif and cocktail formats for ZEO and will be on hand for the brand's pres launch.

He has overseen the recent expansion of Brompton Brands locations, designing the bars and helping to run and improve their drinks offerings. Christian creates mouthwatering cocktails, taking inspiration from anything from a box of Celebration's chocolates to Asian food, from fashion to the favourite flavours of his customer. With his reputation spreading, Ozzati was invited to be a member of the Experimental Food Society. We look forward to seeing what he comes up with for ZEO!
